Transconjunctival Hamra (Incisional Hamra)
This is a procedure where an incision is made on the inside (conjunctival side) of the lower eyelid to reposition orbital fat that causes puffiness, by filling in hollowed areas.
Puffy areas are reduced, and hollow areas are filled, resulting in a smoother under-eye contour.
The orbital septum is also tightened, which helps prevent long-term recurrence.
