Please contact us by email.

Priority is given to patients with reservations. You can visit us without a reservation, but please make a reservation if possible, as you may have to wait a long time in the waiting room depending on how busy the clinic is. The number of patients waiting to be examined may change and waiting times may increase depending on the patient's condition and severity of illness.
Inquiries can be made in English and Japanese. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Sex
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Current symptoms

When you arrive at the hospital, please go to the reception desk with your appointment slip

  • Patients visiting for the first time

There is always a staff member at the medical consultation desk on the third floor of the north wing, so please call out to them if you need help.
If you are currently visiting another hospital, we recommend that you have your regular doctor write you a referral letter and make an appointment with us in advance. If you do not have a referral letter, you will be charged an initial medical fee (first-time-visit fee) in addition to the consultation fee.

  • Patients visiting for follow-up
    • If you have a patient card from our hospital and have an appointment, you can easily check in using the self-check-in machine used for follow-up visits.
    • You will be issued a "reception slip" and a "payment slip".
    • After finishing the procedures in the 3rd floor reception, please present your "reception slip" at the reception desk of the respective outpatient department.
    • After that, please wait in the waiting room of the outpatient department until it is your turn.
    • We will check your "health insurance card" at your first visit each month, so please present it.
    • In addition, if there are any changes to your address, contact information, insurance card, etc., please make the necessary changes at the reception desk.
    • Please note that we may not be able to perform the test if you arrive later than your appointment time.

We will offer English assistance during your medical examination. Our medical staff can communicate in various languages, ensuring that even foreign patients with limited Japanese language skills can receive treatment comfortably.
