Regarding patients who are not covered by Japanese public health insurance

• In Japan, there is a system of points called National Health Insurance Points (NHI points), which is updated by the government every two years. For patients not covered by Japanese health insurance, we will charge 30 yen per NHI point based on the medical fee system.
• Please note that we will charge consumption tax separately.
• The total billing amount may vary and can be high depending on the specific tests conducted.
• Additionally, please be aware that depending on the illness, there may be cases where we may not be able to provide treatment.
• A deposit is required at the time of admission.

  * During the final settlement, if your treatment costs exceed the deposit, you will be charged for the additional amount. If the bill is less than the deposit, a refund will be issued.

For patients whose medical expenses are covered by a travel insurance company

Please contact your travel insurance company in advance and fax the payment guarantee and other necessary documents to our clinic before you arrive. If we do not receive these documents, please note that you will be responsible for the costs.
*This is the case when the patient does not have to cover the costs of treatment, etc. at the time of final settlement.
