About Use
If you wish to use postpartum care services, please contact us through the “Postpartum Care WEB Reservation.”
After submitting the “Postpartum Care WEB Reservation” form, our hospital staff will contact you at a later date.
※The service cannot be used in the following cases:
If either the mother or baby has an infectious disease, or if either the mother or baby requires hospitalization, medical treatment, or medical intervention.
Osaka City Postpartum Care Outsourced Program
Eligible Persons
- Mothers and babies within 4 months after childbirth (you cannot use the service together with older children)
- Those who gave birth at other facilities may also use the service.
- Residents of Osaka City who meet our hospital’s eligibility criteria
※Other persons deemed appropriate for use of this program by the director of each ward health and welfare center - Those with symptoms of infectious diseases such as a cold cannot use the service. In addition, if similar symptoms appear during postpartum care, the postpartum care service may be discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.
※You may also be unable to use the service if family members or older children have symptoms. If you develop symptoms that are difficult to assess after making a reservation, please contact us.

※Usage days are counted as follows: 1 night 2 days counts as 2 days, 2 nights 3 days counts as 3 days, and using 1 night 2 days twice counts as 4 days.
※For those using the short stay service, rental clothing and other items are available for JPY 770 per day not required on the discharge day.

Procedures for Using the Osaka City Postpartum Care Outsourced Program

Consultation at the Health and Welfare Center
- A public health nurse will conduct an interview and ask about your physical condition and family situation.
- Regarding the screening results, a “Notice of Approval for Use” or a “Notice of Non-Approval” will be sent by mail or other means.
Applications must be submitted from the 8th month of pregnancy up to 2 weeks before the desired date of service use.

Application for Use at Our Hospital
Once you receive the “Notice of Approval for Use,” please complete the “Postpartum Care WEB Reservation” form to make your reservation.
Important Notice
The reservation rules have changed.
Reservations can now be made starting 2 weeks before your desired date of use.
In addition, although reservations were previously accepted both before and after childbirth, reservations can now only be made after childbirth.
Please note that provisional reservations before delivery are not available.
- Reservations will be accepted starting 2 weeks before your desired date of use.

- Information regarding reservation availability for Wednesdays and Thursdays is posted on Instagram one week in advance.
- Return contact from our staff is generally available only on weekdays. Please note that reservations made during holidays may take longer to confirm, so we kindly ask that you make your reservation as early as possible. Please apply no later than 4 days before your desired date of use excluding clinic holidays.
- If you need to cancel or make changes due to unavoidable circumstances, please submit your request by 17:00 two days before your desired date of use excluding clinic holidays as follows.

After canceling your existing reservation through ① above, please make a new reservation again through the “Postpartum Care WEB Reservation” form.

Use of Postpartum Care
Please be sure to bring your “Notice of Approval for Use” when using the service.
During use of the Osaka City Postpartum Care Program, you will basically stay in the same room with your baby, and we will support you with childcare concerns and the acquisition of childcare skills. If your purpose is to rest, we can temporarily take care of your baby, so please feel free to ask our staff. In addition, during deliveries or emergencies, it may become difficult for us to take care of your baby. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such cases.

Notes Regarding Use
If you use the service beyond the approved usage period or the approved number of available usage days sessions, you will be responsible for the full cost.

About Using Postpartum Care Under the Osaka Prefecture Postpartum Care Program Collective Outsourcing Agreement
Our hospital is a participating facility in the “Osaka Prefecture Postpartum Care Program Collective Outsourcing Agreement. ” From April 1, 2026, if your local municipality participates in this collective agreement, public subsidies from each municipality may be applied when using postpartum care services at our hospital. Our hospital accepts babies up to 4 months after birth.
Please check the official website of your local municipality regarding usage fees.
※ Self-payment amounts and the number of available uses differ depending on the municipality.
Please note that some municipalities do not participate in the collective agreement.

Reservation at ISEIKAI International General Hospital
Please make your reservation using the reservation form below.
About Reservations
Reservation Period: Reservations will be accepted starting 2 weeks before your desired date of use.
Application Deadline： Please apply no later than 4 days before your desired date of use (*clinic holidays are not included in the count).
Regarding Use on Wednesdays and Thursdays:

From October 2024, our hospital became an outsourced provider for the Suita City Postpartum Care Program day-use only. To use the service, you must apply to Suita City and make a reservation through our hospital’s Postpartum Care WEB Reservation system.

Application for the Suita City Postpartum Care Program
After childbirth, please apply through the Suita City electronic application system.
Please apply well in advance, as the screening and coordination process may take some time.

Screening
Within approximately one week from the application date, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the New Year holiday period, you will receive a phone call from the staff member in charge.

Approval
After approval, a Notice of Approval for Use will be sent to you. Please keep it in a safe place until the expiration date.

Coordination (Initial Reservation for First-Time Use at ISEIKAI International General Hospital)
We will coordinate the reservation date for your first use of postpartum care. Depending on availability and scheduling conditions, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date. In addition, for those currently hospitalized, coordination will be made after the discharge date has been confirmed.

Completion of the Postpartum Care WEB Reservation Form
Once you receive notification of your reservation date from the Suita City Sukoyaka Oyako Room, please complete the Postpartum Care WEB Reservation Form for ISEIKAI International General Hospital.
An obstetrics clerk from ISEIKAI International General Hospital will contact the user regarding reservation confirmation and items to bring.
※From the second use onward, reservations can be made through the “ISEIKAI International General Hospital Postpartum Care WEB Reservation Form (Suita City).”
※If you need to cancel or make changes due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by 5:00 PM two business days before the scheduled date of use.

WEB Reservation
Introduction to the Rooms
- Those using the Postpartum Care Outsourcing Program cannot choose their room type.
- If you are using the service on a self-pay basis and would like a private room, an additional fee of JPY 22,000 per day or more will be required for the private room.
Private room
The room is equipped with a toilet, sofa, washbasin, and kettle.
4-bed room
All rooms are located on the window side, and the toilet and washbasin are shared.
※Both private rooms and 4-bed rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, tablet, and Wi-Fi.
